1. Orders & pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

2. Cut-to-order goods

Fabric cut lengths, leather hides and cut foam are prepared specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Please order samples and check measurements carefully before purchasing.

3. Delivery & risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your nominated address or on collection. Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us of any damage within 7 days.

4. Faults & consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where goods are purchased for business purposes, the parties agree that the Act does not apply. Fabric must be inspected for visible flaws before cutting; claims for visible flaws cannot be accepted once fabric has been cut.

5. Trade accounts

Trade account terms, including payment by the 20th of the month following invoice, are set out in the trade account application and form part of these terms for approved account holders.

6. Product information

Colours shown on screen are indicative only. Specifications are supplied by manufacturers and may change without notice. Fire-performance information is provided in good faith; you are responsible for ensuring materials meet the requirements of your specific application.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
